Life...

Life at our home the past 5 months has been crazy. Soon after my last post of McCrae being 7 months we found out that Gregs mom had breast cancer which had spread to her brain. Talk about a whirlwind of craziness in those few months that we had left with her. Two weeks after her diagnose we were rushing her to Provo where she had brain and breast surgery. She was up north for about 2 months which meant lots of time traveling back and forth and lots of time spent in the hospital. We were able to bring her back to Fillmore where she spent her last month in the hospital here. She passed away May 24th with her family by her side. What can I say except that I don't think its fair that things like this have to happen....I know she is in a better place but we aren't with her and I think my heart hurts so bad having her gone but I can't imagine what Greg must feel. It hurts when I think that my little boy won't have memories of her. I pray that we remember to tell him things to keep her memory always with us.

I have an amazing mom and two sisters, and great friends who were always there to either tend or just listen to me talk about the things that were happening. Thanks to all those who supported us through this.

We will always love you Grandma Sandy...
